Our seafood is expedited to us through O’Hare Airport from all over the globe. After receipt of the product, our 24-hour operation cuts, cleans, and processes all  fresh seafood according to our client’s specifications, while frozen items are stored in our temperature-controlled freezer space. Through our inventory management system, we account for every item up to the moment we deliver it to you.
