We’ve spent years cultivating relationships with several reputable suppliers across Europe and North America. Currently, we import salmon from Mowi, Bakkafrost, SalMar, True North and others. Since these suppliers also operate their own farms, the fish we receive from them is the freshest possible product on the market; we do not buy fresh fish secondhand. As a result, our approach guarantees a wide selection of the best available salmon.

Alongside our global suppliers, we also ensure quality firsthand through our rigorous inspection regimen: Our professionals cut the fish into samples, evaluate it for standards of texture and age, and pack it with the utmost care.
