How can I get in touch and see your prices?

Call (773) 826-2840 or email orders@mpseafood.com for questions about pricing. If you are a new customer, you can call or email to set up a new account with us. With an account, you can view our prices and arrange to receive prices on a weekly basis. 

To what areas does MPS deliver?

We deliver to the Chicago area, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. 

What days of the week can MPS deliver to my restaurant? 

When we deliver depends on where a customer is located. We deliver to Chicago-area customers every day. On Sundays and Wednesdays, we deliver to customers in Nebraska, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky;  On Mondays and Thursdays, Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Indiana; On Tuesdays, Iowa, and the cities of Green Bay, WI,  Peoria, IL, Evansville, IN, and Fort Wayne, IN. Call or email for more details about when we can deliver merchandise to you. 

What is your returns policy?

All damages must be reported to MPS customer service within two days of receipt. Claims reported after two days will not be credited. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card payments, checks, and ACH transfers. Credit card payments incur a fee of 2.75%; there is no fee for paying with ACH or checks. 

Is there a minimum purchase amount?

Out-of-state (non-Illinois) customers must order $500 before we can ship to them. This is to cover the increased cost of shipping associated with out-of-state orders.
